This Episode

My goal is to be the best. I want to be the best Dad I can be. My mindset is “how can I maximize my family time, maximize my time with my kids?” It’s one of those things where I don’t wish any time away. Because I’m enjoying every moment. You know, but I’m so intrigued to see what my daughter will be like, at one year old she is already developing personality. And I’m like, Okay, how is that going to work out? Like, who is she going to be like, and my son you know, has a has a great personality. He’s very sensitive. And, you know, I feel like he can almost be hurt too easily. So, you know, it’s how to nurture that in him. But he’s a very caring young boy, which is wonderful.

Carter Robinson Bio

I first started Investing in high school. My dad taught me at a young age to invest and keep investing. I took an economics class where we “played” a stock market game. Everyone in the class put in $40, and the teacher let them trade stock for the year. Whoever made the most Money that year won the game. I remember investing in Sunglass Hut and won the game. From there, I was hooked and have loved investing ever since!

That was 30 years ago now. I have learned much more about my passion, investing, and people. I no longer “play” the stock market as a game, but I use it as a tool for you to reach your financial goals and dreams. I have spent the majority of my life serving people and helping them get to where they want to be. I have also received my Doctorate of Ministry and become a certified life and leadership coach.

My goal is to help you achieve the financial goals and give you peace about it. Not sure what your financial goals are yet? No problem! I will sit down with you and help you create your goals, dreams, and partner with you on a strategy to help make them happen!

I will handle all the worry and Stress so that you can enjoy life. What would it mean to you to have peace about your finances? Peace about your future? Peace about your dreams? I am here to serve you, listen, and help you reach your goals and dreams.

When I’m not Carter the Financial Advisor

When I’m not helping people create their future, I am with my family: my wife Kristin of 12 years, our 5-year-old son Micah, our 1-year-old daughter Annabelle, and our golden retriever Joy. We love being outside, either hiking, at the beach, lake, on a boat or wave runner, water skiing, and Micah doesn’t quite do it with us yet, but Kristin and I are avid scuba divers. When asked what I enjoy doing I always mention making memories as a family, scuba diving, lake, beach, and things that 5-year-olds and 1-year olds enjoy because it is our joy to spend time with our kids.

We love Volunteering at our church and local ministries. We also recently volunteered for the first time at Weekend to Remember Myrtle Beach.
