60 Seconds for Motivate Your Monday. Step Back to Be. Here. Now. and Then Leap Forward

  1. 60 Seconds for Motivate Your Monday. Step Back to Be. Here. Now. and Then Leap Forward 2:02

Hello to you listening in Boston, Massachusetts!

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is 60 Seconds for Motivate Your Monday.

Today the New Moon in Capricorn – known as the Black Moon – launches a new cycle for the new year. This moon supports pragmatic, responsible, attainable goals. Just the sort of thing to motivate your Monday, right?

I’m not having any of it! Over the decades I have found that taking a step back is a very good way to summon what we will need to leap forward by and by.

For right now I’m going to watch rain fall, snow melt, a candle burn, deer graze, my kitty Sleep, birds feed, flowers slumber, and lights on the mantlepiece flicker. There will be time enough for intentions, disciplines, resolutions and revolutions. For now, it is time to be.

Question: How will you choose to Motivate Your Monday?

60 Seconds is your daily dose of hope, imagination, Wisdom, stories, practical tips, and general riffing on this and that. This is the place to thrive together. Come for the stories – stay for the magic. Speaking of magic, I hope you’ll subscribe, follow, share a nice shout out on your social media or podcast channel of choice, including Android, and join us next time! Diane Wyzga Story Guide/Coach, Podcaster, Speaker & Trainer

Remember the first time you rode a bike and took your hands off the handlebars? And then because it felt fun and scary you did it again until you were streaking down a hill with the wind blowing in your face and your hands up over your head screaming, “Look ma! No hands!” That’s been the story of Diane's life. Showing up - maybe scared but not afraid - because when you fall down 7 you get up 8.

With 30 years in healthcare, business, law, higher education and storytelling Diane created a niche the world needs: helping socially conscious professionals and organizations connect, engage & succeed by crafting the stories that communicate their message. A recognized global podcaster (Stories From Women Who Walk and Daily 60 Seconds) Diane shares wisdom and interviews designed to help others become successful story creators. Speaker and Founder Engaged Storyism® Method.
