Dr. Lara Spector is a Naturopathic Doctor practicing in Toronto and Oakville, Ontario. She is dedicated to providing personalized and compassionate care to her patients, while addressing the root cause of symptoms. She has a clinical focus in hormonal health, gut health and the mind body connection. She works at the Institute of Hormonal Health, where she is one of the lead naturopathic doctors and head of the IV Therapy and Family medicine program.
