Meet Yoga teacher and author Lily Kessler, as she shares her inspiring journey with yoga.

At first she rejected yoga as something not for her, then with the right time and place a yearning was ignited. This yearning later on brought her to Travel the world in order to know and understand more about this ancient Wisdom called yoga.

Through her travels she has met many inspiring teachers and people, which shaped her to be the graceful teacher she is today. If not in her studio, Blooming Life Yoga, she shares her energy and Love for yoga by bringing her students with her on healing retreats around the world.
