📝Description:
What if the reason your favorite books, podcasts, and courses never “stick” has nothing to do with the ideas — and everything to do with the operating system running underneath them?

In this episode, Steve Ramona sits down with Eric of MPWR Coaching, a leadership developer who describes his team's superpower as being “business therapists” for the leaders they serve. Together they unpack why paying your dues early, giving your best work away for free, and doing the hard internal work aren't just nice ideas — they're the foundation of a coaching business that actually scales.

Here's what you'll take away:

  • Why taking every client early is how you prove your model (and earn the right to be selective later)
  • The counterintuitive truth about imposter syndrome that most people get backward
  • How to “mine” your own unconscious competence so you can train a team instead of staying a solo act
  • The Leadership Operating System (LOS) — and why great content fails when your OS can't run it
  • How to measure something as slippery as human transformation
  • A preview of Eric's new book and its “Kairos Circle” tool for digesting your everyday experiences

PS: Eric's Friday nights? Long walks on the San Diego beach with his wife and reruns of The Office — a reminder that the leaders teaching balance are the ones actually practicing it. And don't miss his standing offer: a free one-hour coaching call on the MPWR site that Eric admits he's “shocked more people don't take advantage of.”

CTA: Hit play, then grab that free hour at mpwrcoaching.com. And use the forward/reverse buttons — if five minutes of this changes how you lead, Steve and Eric call that a win. 🎧

Steve Ramona Doing Business with a Servant's Heart

Steve Ramona discovered his calling at a young age and is now on a mission to share his secret sauce for success. He thrives on forging meaningful connections, sharing referrals, and watching people flourish.

His contagious passion for the Law of Increase makes his podcast "Doing Business with a Servant's Heart" so successful. This show is chock-full of inspiring stories about overcoming challenges and serving others.

Steve has a knack for spreading good vibes and elevating those around him. He learned from his dad that the entrepreneurial spirit is a great way to make money. I can share stories of how people serve, struggle and win. We all must overcome something, so why not learn to serve and overcome it much faster? I learned early working in our Health Club the importance of customer service. I learned that the more I served it was a win-win for everyone. I enjoy working with people, referring people, and helping people grow. The Law of Increase is my mission when I network around the world.

I love to mentor business people and offer all the resources I have. To win, you must grow yourself first; then, you can share this with others! I am an avid reader and have built a large book directory on sharing with others.
