A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School, Tim is a veteran trial lawyer who founded his own litigation firm in Los Angeles. He has also published widely on issues of law and society. Drawing inspiration from his extensive legal career, Tim has now ventured into fiction with his debut “thriller-killer” novel Tequila—a gripping tale of family, power, and survival.

Beyond the courtroom and writing desk, Tim enjoys tennis, golf, hiking with his wife and their two big dogs, and sampling aged spirits—especially tequila. We dive into his journey as a lawyer, author, and storyteller. Dig his story.
