Doug is the author of bestselling books The User’s Guide to Storytelling and The User’s Guide to Sleight of Mouth, widely used by coaches, communicators, and change agents. A Master Trainer of NLP and certified Trainer of Hypnosis, he was also an early adopter of The Havening Techniques®. In the 1990s, he helped found the Department of Integrative Medicine at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, pioneering hypnosis with cardiac patients.
