This is the time of year that I’m working on pulling out my sweaters and cold-weather items, but there are never enough days to wear all of the things I Love.
My emails are my way of sharing fun and positive content with you from all of the sites I visit during the week. Sure you also get my free eBook when you sign up, but that’s not the best part.
The best part is you get a daily dose of positive energy.

SATURDAY
Man, did I have fun with this one.
The sheer skirt is from a dress that I thrifted, and I used the waistband from a pair of jeans (the jeans I used with the hand knit pieces to make my original sweater).
I layered this sheer skirt over this pink floral knit skirt from a Denver local boutique.
The top is a sleeveless summer top (part of a set found on Amazon), and I layered a Halftee (code Jtouch20) under it for warmth and to show white at the neckline.
Then I wore pink combat boots, socks, and a fuzzy jacket with a denim flower, along with a denim purse.
Oh, and I knit the slouchy hat.
SUNDAY
I hadn’t been wearing my furry coats recently, so I pulled out this one that we call “Chewbaca”. It was thrifted in Prescott, AZ, a couple of winters ago.
You’ve seen it with flare jeans, but today I safety-pinned the front edges back so you can see the underside more.
Here’s the video to show how you can change it up.
I wore it with my white pearl-studded tulle skirt from Just Be Youtiful, then layered a floral 3-D top over a sheer top.
I placed a brooch at my waist and wore snakeskin booties.
I also combined 3 earrings as shown in my email.

MONDAY
I’m off to help present at another fashion show with Just Be Youtiful. It’s a fun time where I can show in person how I’m the boss of my clothes, and how we can origami many of our items.
This skirt, for instance…so many ideas, so little time. But check out the video to see what I mean.
I wore my black leggings, black cowboy booties (thanks, Valerie), and a black top with a sequin, pink, fuzzy sweater.
And a heart necklace because it’s almost love month.
TUESDAY
I had pulled this skirt weeks ago, but didn’t end up wearing it for the Polynesian event at the MIM.
Since it was on my valet rod, I decided to style it for the day.
I wore another Halftee (this one a turtleneck that I folded down to make a mock) and a metallic, oversized sweater under a yellow, oversized cardigan.
I used my scarf/safety pin trick to hold the cardigan shut and wore my tan cowboy boots.
The skinny scarf is from Just Be Youtiful (she has more), and I’m even wearing cactus earrings.

WEDNESDAY
It’s off to dog training today, and then we pick up Nancy at the airport.
I’ve had these cat leggings for ages –I thought I had worn them with my black leather skirt on the blog, but that was a different pair of print leggings.
I wore my favorite denim shorts with them and then layered a lace long-sleeve t-shirt under a leopard print t-shirt, then both under a sweater vest.
I added the turquoise scarf to take away the noise at the neck AND to bring in the lighter blue from the Coach sneakers I thrifted last summer.
Do you see where I put my brooches today??
FRIDAY
Too much by many standards, but I had fun putting the look together.
I DIYed these jeans after I was bitten by that cat last year, and the blood wouldn’t come out of these jeans.
Then I had this sweater pulled for a different outfit, and it didn’t work out, but I thought the colors were similar to my decor on my jeans.
I layered the thrifted cardigan over my lime green vest (seen styled by 3 different women) and then over a teal t-shirt.
My silver Cariuma sneakers, along with a mess of pearl necklaces, finish off the look.

My goal with my daily looks post is to find things that help inspire you with my daily outfits and to bring a smile and kindness to your life. I truly think that clothing is our way to express our personality visually.
