📝Description:
You don't need a million followers or a $100M sponsor to grow your message — you need a microphone that isn't yours. In this episode, booking-agency owner Noémi Beres breaks down how getting on the right podcasts builds authority, trust, and evergreen content that keeps working for years.

Noémi runs Podcast Connections with her husband, Gabor, helping entrepreneurs land quality shows worldwide. She shares the exact mindset and habits that separate forgettable guests from the ones hosts invite back:

  • Why guesting is the cheapest, highest-trust PR strategy available to any business owner or nonprofit
  • The research step most people skip — and why “don't wing it” is the golden rule
  • How to think about monetization as a long game (hint: results come after months, not one interview)
  • The two biggest no-nos that get guests quietly blacklisted
  • How to repurpose a single interview into audiograms, quotes, and a ton of evergreen content
  • How often you should really be guesting when you're just starting out

PS: Noémi joins us from Cyprus (originally Hungary), and beyond booking podcasts she's an artist who hand-sews collages on canvas and is training to walk the El Camino. Proof that servant-led people bring their whole story to the table — which, as she reminds us, is exactly what makes a great guest.

CTA: Ready to be a better guest? Connect with Noémi at podcastconnections.co or find her on LinkedIn (Noémi Beres). And if this helped you, subscribe to Doing Business with a Servant's Heart, then catch Together We Serve every Friday. Use the forward and reverse buttons — if one moment changes your life, we're happy.

Steve Ramona Doing Business with a Servant's Heart

Steve Ramona discovered his calling at a young age and is now on a mission to share his secret sauce for success. He thrives on forging meaningful connections, sharing referrals, and watching people flourish.

His contagious passion for the Law of Increase makes his podcast "Doing Business with a Servant's Heart" so successful. This show is chock-full of inspiring stories about overcoming challenges and serving others.

Steve has a knack for spreading good vibes and elevating those around him. He learned from his dad that the entrepreneurial spirit is a great way to make money. I can share stories of how people serve, struggle and win. We all must overcome something, so why not learn to serve and overcome it much faster? I learned early working in our Health Club the importance of customer service. I learned that the more I served it was a win-win for everyone. I enjoy working with people, referring people, and helping people grow. The Law of Increase is my mission when I network around the world.

I love to mentor business people and offer all the resources I have. To win, you must grow yourself first; then, you can share this with others! I am an avid reader and have built a large book directory on sharing with others.
