Returning to Who You Are | Brianna Holfoth | PTBYB Live

This Friday at 12:00 PM (ET), I’m looking forward to welcoming Brianna Holfoth to PTBYB Live.

Bri and I met through Cadre where we are contributors. Cadre is a community committed to supporting better Mental Health, and over the past year we’ve discovered a shared passion for helping people reconnect with themselves during life’s most demanding seasons.

Bri is a wellness and mental Health advocate who helps ambitious women pursue meaningful careers without sacrificing their wellbeing. Her work encourages people to reconnect with what she beautifully describes as "the truth within themselves."

That language immediately resonated with me.

Throughout the development of PLAN TO BE YOUR BEST®, one of the deepest discoveries has been this:

When life becomes overwhelming, we don’t simply need better strategies.

We need ways to reconnect with what remains true about who we are.

During our conversation, we’ll explore questions such as:

• How do we return to ourselves when life pulls us away?

• Can ambition and wellbeing truly coexist?

• What helps us reconnect with what remains true during seasons of pressure?

• Why does identity matter so much when life changes?

• How do storytelling and honest conversations help us heal and grow?

• What does faithful participation in life look like when circumstances remain difficult?

Whether you’re navigating pressure at work, caring for others, adapting to change, or simply trying not to lose yourself while life remains difficult, I hope you’ll join us for what promises to be a thoughtful Discovery Conversation.

Friday • 12:00 PM Eastern. Live on YouTube.

PLAN TO BE YOUR BEST® helps people remain connected to who they are, what matters most, and what remains possible—even when life demands more.
