Originally from Tennessee and now residing in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Eric brings over 15 years of experience working in both outpatient and inpatient treatment settings across the United States and Canada. Through his private practice, Recovery Arts Counselling, he serves individuals, couples, and families locally and remotely, helping clients navigate trauma, addiction recovery, and mental wellness. A master practitioner of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Eric specializes in evidence-based trauma treatment approaches that empower people to move beyond their struggles and reclaim their lives. Eric is also the author of two impactful books: The Martial Art of Recovery: Self-Mastery Practices to Subdue Addiction and Achieve Mental Wellness, and Buried Alive: Four Ways to Free Yourself from the Dirt.
