What if one of the greatest lies we’ve been told is that we have to choose one version of ourselves?
Society loves labels and boxes. Introvert or extrovert. Logical or intuitive. Ambitious or content. Strong or soft.
But what if the truth is that we were never meant to fit neatly into any of them?
In this episode, I explore the beauty of holding opposite truths at the same time and why becoming whole isn’t about choosing one identity—it’s about embracing all the parts of yourself.
Drawing inspiration from the Renaissance spirit of Leonardo da Vinci and my own journey as a self-proclaimed "Jackie of all trades," I share why I no longer see my many passions as distractions—but as expressions of who I truly am.
Maybe becoming isn’t about becoming someone new.
Maybe it’s about remembering that you were never meant to live in a box.
Wholeness isn’t found in choosing one truth over another. It’s found in having the courage to hold both.
