Bernice shares her own personal story of having the rug pulled out from under her when she got divorced. As she tried to navigate her new reality, she really wanted to find the Love of her life and eventually get married again. However, that meant she had to start Dating again, but her fear was holding her back.

She explains how she finally faced her fear, eventually overcame it by taking tiny brave steps to achieve her goal. She did find the love of her life, is happily married, and is now devoted to help women and men overcome their fears and have the life they truly deserve.

Bernice is also the author of the “Little Books of Courage” series. She blends storytelling, neuroscience, and soulful reflection to help others recognize their strength, befriend their fear, and move forward with hope.
