Kim is an avid runner, triathlete, cyclist, and endurance kayaker who uses the outdoors as both a classroom and a catalyst for personal Growth. Through movement and adventure, she explores what it means to develop resilience, manage energy, and trust ourselves in the unknown.

Whether she’s running long distances, cycling across states, or paddling hundreds of miles downriver, Kim isn’t focused on proving toughness. Instead, she’s interested in the lessons endurance teaches us about self-trust, growth, and resilience.

Kim is also a breast Cancer survivor, content marketing agency owner, podcast host, dog mom, and empty nester. Through her work, she combines lived experience with practical insight to help others embrace a life built around courage, purpose, and saying “yes” to possibility.

From her base in Kansas City, she shares an inspiring journey of endurance, healing, and personal transformation.
