Janel’s life journey has taken many fascinating turns. Growing up on a small farm in rural New Hampshire helped deepen her connection to the land and sparked a lifelong interest in food, agriculture, and Health.

Over the years she has worked as a model, wrangler, construction worker, and chef, eventually finding her calling in regenerative practices that support both Mother Earth and personal well-being. Janel holds a PhD in Soil Science and is also a classically trained chef with more than 20 years in the hospitality industry.

Through her work as a kitchen coach and mentor, she helps people reconnect with food, health, and the environment while embracing a more sustainable and nourishing way of living.

In this episode, we explore Janel’s incredible journey, the connection between soil health and human health, and the lessons she has learned along the way.
