During this episode, we discuss being someone in the room who is different from everyone else. We know it happens, and often this person feels like an outcast. Toni helps us understand that it’s not just okay, but extremely beneficial to be untraditionally authentic, and be the real you. We discuss how you should bring your whole self to work, whether you’re the same as everyone else or not.
