Feeling Successful but Exhausted? Learn How Aligning With Your Strengths Turns Burnout Into Peace S5E06

  1. Feeling Successful but Exhausted? Learn How Aligning With Your Strengths Turns Burnout Into Peace S5E06 21:29

If you feel exhausted by your business even though you’re doing everything “right”… this episode is for you.

Today, I share a powerful case study from a recent client session that reveals why following “expert” advice might be exactly what’s draining you. It’s not about working harder. It’s not about time management. It’s about the subtle but dangerous misalignment between your natural strengths and your daily tasks.

I unpack the “24 Hours” myth, the difference between pruning and harvesting seasons, and why Clarity often comes from quiet confirmation rather than fireworks.

You’ll learn:

✓ Why doing “everything right” on paper can still leave you feeling wrong inside

✓ The “24 Hours” Myth: Why you need to stop comparing your day to someone else’s

✓ How to identify if you are relying on your “lower talent themes” and why it causes burnout

✓ The critical difference between a “Pruning Season” and a “Harvesting Season” — and how to accept where you are

✓ Why your strengths don't replace discernment, but support it

✓ 4 specific questions to ask yourself to move from hustle to alignment

Sheri Miter Serial Entrepreneur

Sheri Miter is a serial entrepreneur. Her first business was selling painted rocks to neighbors when she was 7! This entrepreneurial spirit led her to many failures but also some huge successes, such as a Chimney Cleaning business with her husband Tom, a professional firefighter, and eventually a business as a Mary Kay sales director. While in Mary Kay, Sheri led her team to six-figure years multiple times, and YES, she drove the iconic pink Cadillac for part of her career!

Despite her success as a Sales Director in Mary Kay, Sheri found herself at a crossroads after 25 years. She began to question if this was the path she truly wanted for the next decade of her life. Even after achieving her best year, she felt a sense of weariness and asked herself, 'Is it ever going to be enough?' This internal struggle led her to a brave decision- to step away from her role as a Sales Director and embark on a new journey. This journey led her to become a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. Today, Sheri has crafted a life she loves, assisting other highly successful women to discover their 'what’s next' career. She is passionate about working with women who have achieved success making the money, but are now eager to make an impact by unleashing their God-given strengths and embracing their true calling!

When Sheri isn’t busy with her clients or recording a new podcast, she cherishes her time with her grandkids and embarks on exciting adventures with her husband. Their escapades often include the beach, biking, or out boats. At the end of a fulfilling day, they savor the beauty of the sunset with a cocktail in hand, a testament to Sheri's belief in enjoying life's journey.
