Daily Looks: Week Ending 12.12.25

I consider this a fun time of year when layering is easy, and our weather has been so pleasant.

My emails are my way to share fun and positive content with you from all of the sites I visit during the week. Sure, you also get my free eBook when you sign up, but that’s not the best part.
The best part is you get a daily dose of positive energy.

Daily Looks: Week Ending 12.12.25 &Raquo; Sat

SATURDAY

Pink, burgundy, and red??? You just never know until you try it out.

It’s not super obvious in the photos, but the tights have a burgundy and red stripe.

Worn with these faux leather burgundy shorts and my fur-lined brown flats (Comfy10 for a discount).

Then I decided to finish it off with an almost springtime vibe on top.

I wore a yellow blouse under this pink sweater and used my flower pin to ruche it in the front.

I’m holding the blouse’s collar down with small magnets, and the funny thing is how my earrings attach to the magnets when I look down.

SUNDAY

Yep, I’m wearing what Rob calls my “nun skirt” today as we are off on a short road trip, and I truly believe that skirts are easier to Travel in.

One of my tricks is to wear the same thing going and coming, so you’ll see a similar variation on Tuesday.

I wear this fur-trimmed sweater a LOT at the holidays and have worn it with a statement necklace and bunch of brooches around the neckline in the past.
So I decided to switch it up.

I went with a unique gold belt (With a Christmas tree brooch hanging from it) and shoulder-scraping earrings instead.
It’s hard to see, but there’s a sheer turtleneck under the sweater (cuffs and neck) from Just Be Youtiful.

My red tie-up boots and even a gold bracelet OVER my sweater.

MONDAY

I need to wear this handknit sweater more…it was basically 6 years in the making, so I need to make sure to appreciate it.
I forgot a brooch to hold it together, so I used a safety pin…it didn’t work well because I tried to hide it.

I layered it over a graphic shirt and wore it with my grey barrel jeans, felted sneakers, and embroidered socks (again…I know, I’m obsessed, but they are the BEST socks.).
Oh yeah, and my fur earrings…these are the best stocking stuffers if you’re still looking.

TUESDAY

My coming home outfit. It’s basically one of my traveling tricks…wear the same outfit coming and going.
Sure, I change out the underpinnings, and this time even the shoes.

I added my red tights and sneakers from Monday.

Then wore a white t-shirt hoodie under the red sweater and created a fun “brooch” with a fuzzy scarf and a sequin skinny scarf tied into a bow.
I wore this sequin scarf on a belt loop recently.

WEDNESDAY

I don’t have a lot of black pants/jeans, but Cathie gave me this pair of cargo jeans, and I Love how they make a ho-hum sweater feel more modern.

I knit this yellow striped sweater years ago, and it always felt frumpy. Finally, I added the pink flower trim (bought on Etsy) and that gave it a little sass.

Today I wore the sweater OVER 2 different blouses. Hard to tell in this photo, but more obvious in the title photo, where the 2 collars overlap.
Notice it’s the same shirt as worn on Saturday, because it wasn’t really dirty, so why not wear it again?

Yellow booties for the day, and so comfy that I wore them even for dog training.

FRIDAY

Today, I’m going to a Just Be Youtiful fashion show to help out and explain how fun it is to be the boss of our clothes.
I’m wearing a couple of new items from her boutique (both very budget oriented)…the sparkle skirt and sparkle halter style top.

I wore a chain belt with it and my sequin booties.

A fuzzy jacket for the morning (embellished with a fabric flower that my mom made from shortening a dress).

I started off with these embellished socks, but had to change out to my polka dot black ones because the beads caused issues.
