Daily Outfits: Week Ending 11.7.25

Rob was saying how Friday’s look reminded him of the nuns he grew up around in school…he wondered why he felt nauseous and started sweating…man, we laughed and laughed at that.

BTW, Friday’s look is totally out of my comfort zone. The skirt is very edgy and different, but if I don’t try new things, I’ll always look the same. And that’s not my goal. I want to have fun and be a kid again when it comes to style.

My emails are my way to share fun and positive content with you from all the sites I visit during the week. Sure, you also get my free eBook when you sign up, but that’s not the best part.
The best part is you get a daily dose of positive energy.

SATURDAY

I just Love the idea of layering skirts, so I wore this pearl white tulle skirt under my plaid asymmetrical skirt.

This asymmetrical skirt, my mom transformed from a kilt, and in the past, I’ve worn it with a knit shirt and also with a sweatshirt with the skirt turned around.

I layered this blue lace top over my sports bra and then wore 2 belts…a white leather one and a silver chain one.

Silver flats for shoes and pearl earrings to finish out the look.

SUNDAY

I’ve been seeing these “tie necklaces” all over my social media feed and had to try it out.
Considering that it’s recycling a tie AND using a brooch, there’s no surprise that I’m loving it.

I wore it with this ruched blouse from Just Be Youtiful, along with these white pants I’ve showcased with 5 different shoe types and tops.

Then I added these purple mules I found for under $25, because they are a discontinued style. Use code COMFY10 too.

I wore a headband and even added brooches to it.

MONDAY

Another Yogalates workout day followed by errands.

I have a couple of usuals to add to my workout look when we go shopping afterwards.
1-Long cardigan or kimono
2-Maxi skirt to hide the leggings

But today, I decided to wear my kimono-style, flowy top (which is part of a set from Just Be Youtiful featured in a Daily Outfit post on Wednesday) over my sweatshirt.

I decided to wear my Sheec crew socks along with my Cariuma floral sneakers.

TUESDAY

I had pulled out a bunch of different pants to wear with the top I wore on Sunday, so I decided to try to wear them before putting them back.

This pair of olive green cropped trousers is from my working days. I wanted to showcase the amazing sheer socks with them.

Thus, the open heels so you can see the pattern better.

I paired my hand-knit floral sweater with everything else (you’ve seen it back in 2020, but I’ve worn it even back in 2016).

I was going to wear a white tee under the sweater, but the necklines weren’t playing well together, so I opted for this lace Halftee instead.

WEDNESDAY

Today is our friend’s funeral, and this is what I put together to incorporate her accessories.

Tuesday night was a party to spread her jewelry among her friends…isn’t that such a cool idea?
So I came home with a bunch of fun accessories that will remind me of her.

Today, I’m wearing the scarf (as a belt but as a triangle), necklace, earrings, bracelets, and a ring.
On my purse (not shown) is another scarf and 3 brooches.

I just bought this color of sheer socks from Old Navy, because I love the modern aspect of socks with shoes.

I added this cardigan wrap in case the church was chilly. And I changed into my floral Cariuma sneakers (from Monday’s look) for the cemetery and reception.

FRIDAY

This skirt was gifted, and one of those I would have NEVER worn years ago. In fact, it is out of my budget range, but I wanted to try out this higher-priced clothing brand to compare it to what I usually buy.

The knitted top is hand-knit by me and is usually worn in summer. Today I layered it over a $10 layering tee that is one of those winter essentials.

I added a brooch at the waistline and just a couple of accessories.

The loafers are from Easy Spirit and were also gifted.
I wanted to try out 3 different options to give the outfit sass. One is these turquoise tights (you’ll see the others in a video soon).
