Welcome back. I hope you all had a good weekend and you’re starting this week off great! Today I want to talk about questions. The questions you’re constantly asking yourself. Your self talk. If you pay closer attention to your self talk, you’ll realize that a lot of it is in the form of questions. So if we are wanting to change the quality of our lives, we should look to change the habitual questions we ask ourselves. I remember a long time ago, one of the first audio programs I ever purchased was from Mark Victor Hansen. In it, he said that the size of our question determines the size of our answer. So if we are looking for bigger or better results, you need to ask yourself better questions. Successful people constantly ask better questions and therefore get better answers. Empowering answers that help them to know exactly what to do in different situations. As as you start to pay attention to the questions you ask yourself, you’ll start to realize the impact they are having on your life. The quickest way to change your focus is simply to ask yourself new questions. So when you’re more aware of the questions you’re asking yourself you can have a quick impact on the things you do and the attitude you have. Questions immediately change what we’re focusing on and therefore how we feel. This week, I want you to focus on the questions you find you’re asking yourself. As you’re more aware of this, you’ll realize when you’re bringing negativity into your mind. When that happens, swap it out for a more empowering question and let’s watch to see what kind of results You get from it. I’d Love to hear how this goes to you and the impact it has. Leave a comment with your thoughts or any other results that you’ve seen. Remember to go to www.JeffHeggie.com and sign up for my Momentum Training Course while it is free. Thanks for watching and I’ll see you again tomorrow
