From Whole30 to Carnivore: A 60-Day Nutrition Experiment With Andrea Ayesta

  1. From Whole30 to Carnivore: A 60-Day Nutrition Experiment With Andrea Ayesta Cathy Biase 52:21

In this episode we discuss a very interesting self-experiment in nutrition with my guest Andres Ayesta. Andreas put himself through a 60-day dietary challenge—starting with a Whole30, focused on whole, unprocessed foods, and then swinging to the opposite extreme: a strict Carnivore Diet.
Throughout the journey, Andres tracked his body composition, ran comprehensive lab work, and closely monitored his performance, recovery, and even his mindset to better understand what happens when we drastically change the way we fuel our bodies.

Andres Ayesta is a Registered Dietitian, Sports Nutritionist, and founder of Planos Nutrition, where he helps men, women over 30 and busy professionals lose fat, improve energy, and build sustainable habits without restrictive diets or gimmicks. With over 12 years of experience and features in outlets like Forbes, CNN, and Men’s Health, Andres combines science-based strategies with real-world Coaching to help people create results they can actually maintain.
