If you prefer to load your ATM, we can provide you with professional installation, training, compliance, and an online portal to help you manage one or more ATMs.”

Kopelman went on to say that the ATM program benefits merchants who need cash at their locations, stating, the company supplies the ATM or ATMs at the location, provides the cash and remotely monitors all of the ATMs in a merchant’s Estate using a special wireless box. Transparent, fee-free services

Kopelman additionally noted that participating merchants will not need to pay any additional fees in the event of equipment malfunctions. When an ATM needs repair, Nationwide Payment Systems will send experienced technicians to go onsite and perform repairs at no additional charge, he stated.

“We also offer the latest EMV PCI PIN pads so our ATMs can accept cardless transactions, reduced surcharge services such as All Point and USAA no-surcharge on qualifying ATMs,” he said. “We offer Mastercard pickup and Crypto—DCC. We also have a cannabis program for canna businesses that qualify as long as they follow the compliance guidelines.” The program is designed to be simple and Stress-free, Kopelman added, because we supply the cash and equipment and the merchant doesn’t have to do anything.

Value-added services

The company’s ATM Managed Services program delivers a reliable and diverse group of programs that run on ATMs, Kopelman stated. These solutions are designed to help merchants attract new customers and increase spending at their locations.

Additional products and services include support of cashless transactions; the AllPoint network; Mastercard money pick up; cryptocurrency purchases, conversions and cash-outs at approved locations; legitimate cannabis ATM placements at approved locations; and dynamic currency conversions to support merchants serving international clientele.

In addition, Kopelman noted that the ATM Managed Services, end-to-end, include the following:

  • ATM: All machines will be installed at approved business locations.
  • Insurance: All cash is insured.
  • Electronic locks: Advanced locks can only be opened by selected armored carrier.
  • Remote monitoring services (RMS): Most technical support can be done remotely through the company’s wireless network, which also tracks cash usage to ensure there is always a ready supply of cash on hand.
  • Technical support: While most issues are resolved with remote management software, technicians are deployed onsite to repair and replace parts on ATMs.

Experienced, trusted partner

Nationwide Payment Systems has been providing ATM managed services and cash loading via armored car since 2002, Kopelman stated, adding that the company also helps companies purchase ATMs outright and load them on their own. These independent partners still receive technical support and resources, he said, including advanced reporting, RMS and more. Kopelman mentioned that Nationwide Payment Systems works with a growing network of referral partners who receive a commission based on the ATM’s surcharge. Agents do not need to make a capital investment as long as their locations qualify and have the right amount of foot traffic, he stated. In addition, agents working with a community bank or credit union can place a branded ATM for the bank or credit union and program their identifiers into the ATM so their customers will not have to pay surcharges.
