Founded by Andrew Luong and Justin Kasad, the company provides a full-service Real Estate Investing platform designed to help everyday investors buy, manage, and expand their investment property portfolios. Doorvest aims to simplify the real Estate investment process by vertically integrating sourcing, renovation, financing, and property management, allowing customers to invest as easily as they would purchase stocks. The company manages over $100 million in assets and has raised over $75 million in debt and equity. Doorvest is also innovating with new products such as investment property mortgages and real estate debt offerings.
