YW Global, with a valuation of $16 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded by renowned investor and entrepreneur Arlan Hamilton, YW Global is a bootstrapped CPG brand launching a new sparkling water line designed as a go-to “escape” beverage and alcohol alternative. The brand taps into the growing sober and sober-curious movement while leveraging humor and cultural commentary to create a unique brand experience. With bottled water leading the beverage market since 2016 and flavored sparkling waters continuing to rise in popularity, YW Global aims to carve out its niche through bold storytelling and community-driven engagement. Doorvest, with a valuation of $60 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded by Andrew Luong and Justin Kasad, the company provides a full-service Real Estate Investing platform designed to help everyday investors buy, manage, and expand their investment property portfolios. Doorvest aims to simplify the real Estate investment process by vertically integrating sourcing, renovation, financing, and property management, allowing customers to invest as easily as they would purchase stocks. The company manages over $100 million in assets and has raised over $75 million in debt and equity. Doorvest is also innovating with new products such as investment property mortgages and real estate debt offerings. Sohha Savory is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Founded by Angela Fout, Sohha Savory is committed to producing handcrafted, high-quality ethnic foods without preservatives, chemical processing, or genetic modifications. Known for its award-winning Sohha Yogurt, named Best Yogurt by NY Magazine in 2014, the company is now expanding its product line with a focus on sustainable and nourishing food. The funds raised will be used for debt refinancing, working capital, and marketing, including rebranding, new packaging, and prolonging the shelf life of its Baba Ghanouj using HPP technology. Sohha Savory also plans to grow its presence in Whole Foods through in-store demos, expand its online platform with direct-to-consumer shipping, and increase customer engagement through subscriptions and discounts.
