However, people often deny what transpires until it’s almost too late to make appropriate changes in their business or career approach. Sadly, many are afraid to endure negative commentary from their current circle of peers to rise above to the next level. Next is the more inhibiting factor, which demands overwhelming research ahead. Next, the realization hits that talent may need to be hired to adapt to the new Technology in-store. One question frequently arises, ‘Is the investment worthwhile, or is it time to quit?’ Or is the time now to change your focus?

Accordingly, help is available when we need it, and lifelong friendships come into play.

My first example is from long ago when social media emerged. I met talented people dedicated to collaboration. Since switching to a collaborative effort rather than a highly competitive mindset, our friendships have blossomed, and we continue to assist one another today.

The second example is my connection with a Travel guru via an organization that proved to be unreputable. The two of us exited simultaneously to become long-time friends willing to assist one another as needs arise.

Time for A Career Change

If you feel your work is ‘drudge work’ daily, it is likely time to consider a new path, either at a higher level in the current industry or something entirely new. You may even consider transforming a hobby into a business. The essential element is whether your ideas increase your enthusiasm for ongoing learning to ensure a successful outcome.

Work for the Greater Good

Often, people get so caught up in their unique situations that the greater good is almost off-limits. The greater good extends our collaborative effort exponentially. It has a cooperative spirit behind it to reach more people; accordingly, more people interact for the benefit of many, producing exponential results.

One example is that of organizations dedicated to teaching groups of people and communities how to assist those in need of medical attention. Another is providing classes for those in need of your expertise. Delivered with respect and heartfelt giving, often unexpected gifts in return arrive emphasizing the work being done.
