How to create your passion project (and why you need one)
Over the past few months I’ve spent several nights in the hospital, including a few in ICU. There’s been a lot more resting, and a lot less running around. But instead of being upset, I’ve used that time to work on the journals I’ve been wanting to do and work on this 30 day Bedridden Mom Series.Â
When our bodies decide to take breaks, we can either move forward or give up. Please don’t give up! Find something  you’d like to do and focus on that. Maybe it’s writing, or art, or creating your own videos. Whatever it is, there’s a way to adapt it and make it possible. Don’t believe me? Just go back and listen to the second episode featuring my dear friend, Nikki Brown. You’ll be so inspired you’ll know you can take on the world!Â
