Create Your Own Happiness with Gratitude | Rerelease

  1. Create Your Own Happiness with Gratitude | Rerelease Irene Weinberg 39:35

How can you harness the power of gratitude to transform your life, even in the toughest of times? This week, we revisit one of our most inspiring episodes, featuring Dr. Peggy DeLong. Peggy, who is known as the gratitude psychologist, advises us on how we can tap into gratitude and joy to create our best lives, no matter the circumstances, with powerful tools we can all use to shift our mindset and embrace happiness—especially when life feels heavy. With Thanksgiving upon us, it’s the perfect time of year to reflect on how practicing gratitude can not only uplift us but also connect us with the joy we deserve.
