  1. The Boylan Sisters Share the Power of Filmmaking for Purpose 39:28

The Boylan Sisters, Alexandra and Andrea, have built a thriving independent filmmaking career centered around faith-based, family-friendly content. After years of struggling in the Entertainment industry, Alexandra shifted gears by moving to New Mexico and co-founding a production company with Andrea. Together, they have produced six films, co-writing scripts, overseeing production, and raising private investment to bring their projects to life. With Alexandra acting in many of their films and Andrea designing the production elements, their complementary talents have allowed them to create a unique niche in the film industry, offering uplifting stories that inspire faith, hope, and resilience.

What sets the Boylan Sisters apart is their unwavering commitment to empowering young women, both through their films and by breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Their passion for storytelling is matched by their desire to build a brand that reflects their values, and they have worked hard to position themselves as role models for women pursuing careers in film. By rebranding themselves as “The Boylan Sisters,” they are strengthening their identity and working toward larger opportunities, including collaborations with Streaming platforms like Netflix, all while keeping their focus on creating content that uplifts and inspires.

For those inspired by the Boylan Sisters’ journey, they offer more than just their films. Alexandra and Andrea have also written books that share insights into their experiences in the film industry, offering valuable advice for aspiring filmmakers, women in business, and anyone seeking to break through obstacles in pursuit of their dreams.
