Soul Retrieval: Reclaiming Your Whole Beautiful Self

In my first Soul Retrieval ceremony, about twenty-five years ago, I was taken deep in the ocean waters to swim with a pod of dolphins. In this wild and free adventure, we explored vast underwater realms. We soared above the waves, soaking in the warmth of the sun and breathing fresh salty air. Somewhere along the way, a school of golden fish was poured into my heart.

In the wonder of this healing ceremony, I was immersed in a world filled with pure loving connections. I was shown how it feels to receive a generous giving, untangled from the lies about not being worthy enough. A whole collection of parts and pieces was returned and reclaimed, filling me with rememberings of what had been silenced, lost, and left behind along the way of a few decades of life.

Soul Retrieval Ceremonies have been an integral part of my personal healing path through the years. And I’ve witnessed extraordinary magic when sharing this ceremony with others. I love sensing the tender empowering homecoming when people feel again the fullness of their unwounded hearts. When creative passions and life purposes are remembered and held close. When freedom from judgments reveals acceptance, aliveness, and belonging. When intelligence and beauty come out of hiding because measurements, competition, and facades have slipped away.

Every cell of your body, spirit, and mind can be engaged in simply being all of who you are. No hiding. No distortions. Not trying to be something you’re not. Like a wildflower being a wildflower. Like an elephant being an elephant. You being you, fully uniquely you, centered in becoming your whole beautiful self.

In the natural ways of our earth, no one is better or less. Life isn’t created with judgments and divisive labels of good/bad, right/wrong, superior/inferior, lovable or not…among pine trees or snow lions or dung beetles or humans or sea turtles and all the rest.

Each of us has the capacity to regenerate our wholeness. Every bit of anyone’s healing weaves into the collective. Together, we remember our genuine human nature. Together, we generate a cohesive humanity, restoring balance in our Relationships with ourselves, each other, and the web of life on our earth.

Regenerating wholeness is a natural thing.
