Catryn also discusses the need to adjust the frequency of her podcast episodes from twice a week to once a week, starting August 1st. This change is driven by the increasing demands of her business, Optimize We, where she designs wellness programs for successful women and their teams. The episode is a reflective look at the importance of adaptability in both personal and professional life, highlighting how preparedness can mitigate the impact of unforeseen events.
