The chapters are followed by an “insight Exercise” that helps with the application of the strategies discussed. Often we are aware of the changes we can make to positively affect our lives but we lack direction; if suggested approaches seem too overwhelming we may not try, and if they are too simplistic, we may not trust their value. Distress-Free Aging strikes a nice balance; just enough to jump start the reader into the lively creation of a life filled with purpose.
