Isaac Weinberger is the Regional Sales Manager at Madison SPECS. He is an expert on wealth building and cost segregation. As a kid, he always had an entrepreneurship personality which led him to open up a massive lawn mowing operation. From there, he moved and eventually moved on to manage Marcy’s, a high-end clothing retailer. Many of his friends advised him to enter the Real Estate space which led him to Madison SPECS. His experience has allowed him the opportunity to meet many amazing people in the real Estate space.

He shares that it is important to pass on work ethic and values to children, as they can be difficult to teach if the parents are rich and want to spoil their children.
