Look around and what do you hear and see? Corrupt politicians, a half million people homeless, crime out of control, the police under attack, corrupt leaders and gangs running our cities, child sex trafficking, Sextortion on the internet, millions of people pouring over our border, and we don’t even know what has happened to 85,000 unaccompanied children.Â
We can’t just look away and blame the government! Freedom is about “we the people,” not just politicians. To turn America back into a robust and free nation, we must consider what freedom means.
You are not free if you are controlled or manipulated by someone else. You are not free if you bully others. You are not free if you allow someone to manage your life. You are not free if you are angry and seek revenge. You are not free if you have hate in your heart. You are not free if you take alcohol or drugs to escape. You are not free if you lie, cheat, and steal. You are not free if you fail to help others. You are not free if you keep secrets and lie to protect yourself. You are not free if you physically, mentally, or sexually abuse a child. You are not free if you manipulate people through violence for your gain.Â
Many people are in bondage, and we need to speak up, listen and help them get their lives together. We, the people, made America great, and it will take involved citizens to restore and strengthen our future. Let’s start conversations about faith, Family, and freedom because we, the people, are under attack, but we can overcome evil by getting involved.
Many Americans are suffering in silence, especially children. We will not remain a great nation if we only rely on politicians. They can’t even agree with each other. “We, the people,” can restore faith in God and ourselves. We must support families. Connected neighbors can stop criminal activities, strengthen family support and make cities safer. As citizens get involved, they will demand term limits and vote for honest leadership from our politicians. It will depend on the American people if we will keep America strong and free.Â
