In April 2021, I started A Healing Place as a wellness center where the community can come rest, seek peace, and/or enlightenment.
In Jan. 2022, I published my first ebook on Amazon Kindle, called “Breathing Is Nutritious.” It is for people who have difficulty meditating, giving them tools to gaze inward and make some changes so they can continue toward their goals.
Coming this Jan. 14, 2023, a group of women-owned businesses from around the Bay Area will join me in hosting our 2nd Annual Heart-Centered Wellness Boutique. We will host presentations and demonstrations of our unique products and services. And everyone who attends will leave with a swag bag. The FREE event runs from 10 a.m. till 3 p.m.
