Peter George is a professional speaker, public speaking coach, author, and host of the Public Speaking with Peter George podcast. His recently released book is titled The Captivating Public Speaker: How to Engage, Impact, and Inspire Your Audiences.  Peter wasn’t always a master communicator and had to overcome multiple obstacles before he finally found his voice.

As a boy, Peter struggled with two speech impediments; a lisp and a stutter, which caused him to be shy, introverted, and reluctant to communicate for fear of being bullied and ridiculed. He learned how to express himself through sports, and as an adult realized he had to become proficient in effective communication to be successful in business.

Peter shares his story along with valuable information that use can use to improve your communication skills, as well as the language of non-verbal communication, including body language, eye contact, posture, and facial expressions.
