It’s okay to have fun at work, and often fun is found in working areas of strength and passion. 

As a leader, it is your responsibility to learn more about your people so you can place them in positions where they are more engaged and more effective. 

“Building FUNctional Endurance” requires intentional conversations with your employees that give you insight into their personalities and true strengths. 

It takes time and effort, but the better you become at placing employees into areas where they are more engaged and effective, you quicker you will see the benefits – retention, improved workplace environment, etc.
