I am a Wisconsin native currently living in Sun City, Ariz. A journalist by trade, I started the Forward From 50 platform in 2021 to encourage men and women over 50 to live more purposeful lives by pursuing things they've always wanted to do.

While interviewing people for the Forward From 50 podcast and various feature stories, I realized everyone has a story to tell. However, they often don't know where to start, what to talk about or they feel nobody will be interested in their story.

So, I started Life Story School in 2024 to help people capture and preserve their key memories, important life lessons and all the details about their lives which made them so unique.
