By submitting this form, I hereby grant a non-exclusive perpetual right to promote my books on BabyBoomer.org and any subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, successors and assigns. This is permission to use, publish and distribute promotional information related to my books. Unless otherwise specified below, I place no restrictions on access to and use of these promotional materials. By giving my permission, I DO NOT give up any copyright, performance rights or intellectual property that I hold. Neither BabyBoomer,org nor myself have any intention of infringing on the rights of the book's publisher.

I understand that BabyBoomer.org may, at its sole discretion, produce promotional presentations or publications based on my work, such material may appear in print, online, or in any manner or media. Babyboomer.org shall have the right to edit and/or transcribe promotional messages which I provide to them for the purpose of clarity in their communications with their audience. I have no right of approval, no claim for compensation, and no claim arising out of or in connection with, any use alteration of these messages. However, nothing herein grants BabyBoomer.org rights with regard to the work itself or sales derived directly or indirectly as a result of the promotional messages.

If I submit promotional messages to Baby Boomer.org which they use in any manner without alteration, I hereby release and discharge BabyBoomer.org, together with all principals, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, successors, heirs, assigns, and affiliates from all liability arising out of or in connection with my material contributions.

I hereby warrant and represent that I have the right to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights granted to BabyBoomer.org herein with regard to promotional material. I agree that none of my submitted material has violated the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, rights of privacy, trade secrets, and non-disclosure agreements, and that in the event of any breach of any of these warranties, that I will defend and hold Babyboomer.org harmless against any such claims.

This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. Execution of this Agreement does not obligate Babyboomer.org to publish or broadcast any or all of my materials.

It is stipulated that the above relates solely to promotional materials, that the intent of BabyBoomer.org and myself is to promote the books and my expertise as an author to enhance the experience of the those visiting the BabyBoomer.org site and not to infringe on the rights of myself as author or those of my independent publisher.
