From groundbreaking work with Arizona State University to expanding resources for veterans and first responders, Dr. Arnell shared why hope, purpose, and connection remain at the heart of healing.

💣 **Tuesday – The ToosDay Crüe welcomed Jeff Truex**

After serving 23 years in the U.S. Army, including 17 years as an EOD Technician, Jeff Truex turned personal tragedy into purpose.

As President of **After the Long Walk**, Jeff shared the mission of preventing veteran suicide, supporting the EOD community, and ensuring no warrior has to walk alone.

A conversation full of honesty, brotherhood, and hope.

📚 **Thursday – The MisFitNation welcomed Adriene Caldwell**

Rich welcomed author and advocate Adriene Caldwell to discuss her memoir, *Unbroken: Life Outside the Lines*.

Adriene courageously shared her journey through childhood Trauma, healing, and discovering purpose through storytelling.

Her message was clear: healing is possible, and your past does not have to define your future.

✈️ **This Week’s Adventure – Wings of Liberty Museum**

The MisFitNation also had the opportunity to visit the **Wings of Liberty Museum**—and what an incredible experience it was.

Walking through the exhibits, exploring military history, and honoring the men and women who served was both inspiring and humbling. It’s a place that reminds us of the Innovation, sacrifice, and courage that continue to shape our nation’s story.

Rich LaMonica Is a 22-year veteran of the United States Army who was deployed on multiple occasions in support of the Global War on Terrorism. It was during this career he evolved as a leader of people. His education came from great mentors who showed him how to take care of people. He retired in 2015 and went through an entire year of self-reflection as he transitioned to civilian life again. Those 365 days from retiring to finding a job taught him valuable lessons about transition. This has powered his drive to help other veterans as they go through the transition and any other roadblocks they are hitting. He is a Motivated Speaker who discusses Mindset, Resilience, Grit, and more skills that will make you find your Purpose no matter the journey you have been on. He is currently finishing up two books while pursuing a Ph.D from Liberty University in Homeland Security. He lives by rules and has a motto that resonates with fans of How I met Your Mother “Challenge Accepted”. He is the Executive Producer and host of The MisFitNation Podcast
