Bruce (Zen) and Luba came from two very distinctly different backgrounds. Bruce was raised in a small bedroom community of around 6500 amidst the farmlands of central Indiana. His adopted parents were pillars of the community. Luba grew up in Leningrad, USSR in a population of 4 million, amidst the elite as her father was co-owner of Metropol restaurant at the time. She defected to the U.S. in 1989. They met in 2016 at her Kundalini Yoga teacher training graduation.
Wed on the base of Bell Rock in Sedona, Arizona on the fall equinox of 2017, Luba’s encouragement led to @OneWorldinaNewWorld in 2021 and in 2023, they co-founded Planetary Citizens, picking up on Donald Key’s work toward a borderless world the works for all.
Shortly after starting the podcast, Zen became a featured author on BizCatalyst360.com, where he began interactions with another author, Farooq Omar. After several years of exchanges across the gamut of human dynamics, leadership, and world peace, Farooq invited Zen to partner with him.
