He currently runs a fractional CFO consulting firm, Tialma, and as a CFO has helped take a company public on Nasdaq through a reverse merger. Aleks has also founded and sold a clean energy company to an international utility, showcasing his ability to scale and exit businesses across industries.

Today, Aleks operates Stern Exteriors in New Jersey, a home services company specializing in rainwater management, roofing, gutters, and underground drain solutions. From his journey from Russia to America, we explore Finance, entrepreneurship, leadership, risk, and what it takes to build durable businesses in competitive markets.
