Do I HAVE to go No-Contact with my Narcissist?

If there is violence in the relationship, then the answer is YES, go no-contact! But if the relationship is not violent, there are many strategies you can use to internally take care of yourself, separate yourself emotionally from their behaviors, set good boundaries, and see if it’s possible to take care of yourself within this relationship. Too many people label someone a narcissist and then write them off; often losing others in the process including children, grandchildren, other Family members, and also losing themselves in the sadness of these losses. In this video we walk through steps and strategies to let go of the old story and see if a new one is possible.
My new book, Out of the FOG Into the CLEAR, Journaling to Help You Heal from Toxic Relationships, gives much more detail and even more tools to help you. You can find it on Amazon and Kindle.
