Desmond Clark is a retired NFL veteran whose 12‑year career began when he walked into the Denver Broncos locker room as an undersized tight end with big dreams. A Wake Forest graduate, Desmond credits his academic foundation for preparing him for life beyond the field. After football he launched Bear Down Logistics, a freight brokerage built on trust, world‑class systems, and servant leadership. He is also the host of the Principles of Winning Podcast, where he brings real, unfiltered conversations with leaders across industries. Desmond leads with humility, resilience, and the belief that sharing stories creates opportunity and access for all.
