Patrick is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner who has transitioned to personal Coaching. He has8 years of experience working in substance abuse treatment. Patrick has been sober and in recovery since the age of 19. After nearly 20 years of sobriety,years of Therapy, reading self-help books, and going on spiritual retreats, he still felt like the young, wounded child of his youth; consumed with self-hate,pessimism, insecurities, anger issues, and constantly worrying about everything. While attending a live event that he discovered through a podcast,he admitted to a room full of people that he didn’t Love himself and he couldn’t understand why.
Patrick was introduced to new material that has completely shifted his life over the past 3 years. Helearned what was at the root of his self-destructive actions along with uncovering the exact nature of his misguided beliefs. Patrick’s mission is toprovide men with a new structured process and a safe place where they can be vulnerable.
