I was able to have a conversation with some amazing men. Dr. Rotimi Jaiyesimi from the UK, Joel Kpodo from Ghana, and Amare Amari from Tennessee. Thank you to Michaelene Gail Holder-March for organizing the panel.

The last question that I was asked was about the advice I would share with youth. These were the points I made:

• Put a Priority on Family

• Dream Big and Believe in Yourself

• Don’t Believe the Lies

• Proximity – Be picky about who you spend your time with because that is who you will become
