In this episode I talk about a young man that I worked with in March of 2004. We worked together on setting goals. This week I had the opportunity to work with a young woman’s group on goal setting. I sent a message to this young man with a picture of his goals from 2004 and asked him how many he had achieved. He had achieved all but two of his goals.
If we don’t have clearly defined goals, we are the same as a ship in the harbor, without a rudder, a captain, or a destination.
