👤 *EXPERT SPOTLIGHT*
Cinda’s enduring interest in women’s lives led to founding an agency to help victims of domestic violence. She followed with a stint as a prison guard and then an M.A. in Criminology. Inspired to become a writer, she completed a Ph.D on Canadian women’s writing during the “identity years” of 1965-1980.
After her first novel, a Harlequin Superromance, she published an historical novel, This Godforsaken Place and raosed two sons. Her second historical, A Small Compass, was published in 2023, when she also welcomed two granddaughters. Her new novel, Everything I Hope For, is set in the 1970s.
