Born in Peoria, Illinois, Richie’s life took a dramatic turn at age three when he survived a devastating house fire—a moment that led to a spiritual encounter and ignited a lifelong sense of divine purpose.

Despite repeated hardships, including the total loss of his Family home, Richie rose to become a three-star high school athlete, a college football player, and eventually followed God’s call to enlist in the U.S. Navy, serving in Pearl Harbor, Hawai’i. There, he met the Love of his life, Tiffany. Married for 17 years and together for over 20, they’ve raised 4 children and welcomed 13 grandchildren into their Legacy.

From faith and resilience to family, service, and entrepreneurship, Richie’s journey is filled with Wisdom, spiritual insight, and transformational life lessons.
