Welcome back to another special episode of The Conscious Consultant Hour. Join us this week as we dive deep into the topic of the meaning we make from the stories we tell ourselves.
So much of who we are—how we move through the world, the choices we make, the patterns we live into—comes from the stories we carry, not just in our minds but in our bodies.
Some of these stories feel open, allowing us to move the way we want and just be ourselves. Others feel constrictive, like knots deep inside us, shaping how we hold ourselves, how we breathe, and how we relate to life itself.
Somewhere along the way, we took our painful experiences and made meaning out of them. “I am not enough,” “I must be strong.” “Love is not safe,” “I will always be alone.”
These meanings became woven into our nervous system, into the very fabric of who we are and how we exist. But the truth is these stories are not permanent. Wounds can soften and heal. Meaning can change and shift. And when it does, we don’t just think differently—we feel different, lighter, and more whole.
Tune in to this week’s episode, “Changing How We Feel About Ourselves” and discover the key to living a life that feels better for you to just be you.
Tune in and share your own thoughts and feelings about the meaning we make from our experiences on our YouTube livestream or on our Facebook page.
