Candace was born in Montreal, Quebec, and her journey has taken her across the globe. With a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA, she spent two decades working on four continents before settling in Calgary, Alberta. After getting married and becoming a mother, she traded her busy career for more time at home. During the COVID lockdown, she discovered her passion for writing and created the *Back in a Year* series. When she’s not at her computer, you can find her hiking in the stunning Rocky Mountains, practicing hot Yoga, devouring romance novels, or experimenting with new cake recipes. She loves to laugh and cherish moments with her husband, the self-proclaimed “grumpy motherf*%ker,” and their three amazing kids.
