David Page waxes poetic about bread every time we chat. I swear he must reach climax-levels of enjoyment when eating it or discussing it. And although I’m a chef, I hold the opinion and share my observation that bread is merely the foundation, not the star, of the culinary show. I liken bread to a foundation for a home, where most of Life’s pleasures and memorable moments occur in the rooms built above the foundation.
